Refund & Download Support

Digital products

Quillaro Books sells downloadable ebooks. No physical items are shipped.

Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, sales are final once a download link has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Download help

If you cannot access a paid ebook, email support@quillarobooks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will help you locate your download or resolve a technical access problem.

Before you buy

Please review each product’s format and compatibility information before purchasing.
